Policy on Hours of Labour
According to the document review and management interview, the factory had established the CSR management system based on the amfori BSCI requirement and local law, such as working hours and overtime system and so on, but the facility failed to take practical measures to ensure that the requirements of amfori BSCI Code of Conduct are fully met, such as: 1. The auditee did not provide sufficient social insurance for partial workers; 2. The auditee did not establish an efficient overtime controlling system and it caused monthly overtime to exceed local labor law requirements.

No pre-job or post-job occupational health check (OHC) was provided for workers exposed to occupational hazards position (soldering, gluing, cleaning mainly hazardous factor was dust, benzene series, etc.).
